Our pins are soft enamel pins, the most common pin type ordered in the industry.

Soft enamel pins have raised and recessed areas that give it a two dimensional effect. The raised areas are polished to an elegant finish and soft enamel color is

dropped into the recessed areas. Our pins are made from brass. The metal can be plated in gold, silver or nickel. The standard pin size is 1.25”.  If a larger pin is

desired, please contact us for pricing. 

Standard production time is 7-10 business days.  However, since we are creating a custom product and you have a deadline please allow plenty of time to create

your final proof.

We will e-mail you a proof for final approval. Once you are satisfied with the proof, we require full payment to begin production.


The cost of each pin will be $2.50 (100 pin minimum order) and will include:

3 STEPS in placing an order:

1.) Fill out Order Form 
** If you already have art files, email them to us at ShowChoirCollectables@gmail.com.  We accept the following formats: .EPS, .AI, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .PPT,

.DOC, .PDF, .BMP, .TIFF and .PSD.
We can create a logo for you if you do not already have one.  An additional fee will apply.  Please contact us for more information on creating your logo.

2.) Prior to starting production, you will receive via e-mail, a digital proof of your custom-made product for final approval. This high-quality digital proof will allow

you to spell check, verify color, size and make any additional changes or corrections prior to starting production. (Please allow 24 to 48 hours for revisions).

The "size" of your pin is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of your design. All computer monitors/ printers do not display colors in the same way. 

We will make every attempt to match the color of your logo as close as possible.

3.) Once art is approved, payment in full is required to start your order. Pin production does not begin until full payment is received and art is approved.

Terms and Conditions

Confirming your order
Once you receive the digital proof, carefully review it in detail. Please give special attention to (1) the design you have chosen, (2) the spelling of words,

and (3) the colors you have specified.
A finalized digital proof incorporating any changes or corrections will be e-mailed prior to production.  If the written specifications/finalized digital proof is acceptable,

signing the order form will give us permission to begin production of your pin.
Because we are producing a custom-made product with no market available for cancelled orders, an approved order may not be cancelled for any reason.

You are responsible for:

  • Legal ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to Show Choir Collectables, you warrant that you have the

          legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images

          you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity's intellectual property rights.

  • Shipping of your product: It’s our goal to have your product delivered to you on or before the date you specify. However, we cannot guarantee our deliveries

          or be held responsible for delays in shipping which are beyond our control, such as inaccurate or undeliverable address information, U.S./Foreign Customs

          procedures, the mis-routing of your package by delivery company, or the unavailability of the addressee.

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for

          any reason. Show Choir Collectables does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture

          is found to be defective we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us

          within 30 days of receipt.
